• Managing the production team andensuring that they stay on schedule
• Coordinating with other departments such as marketing,accounting, legal, and human resources to ensure that all areas areworking together effectively
• Reviewing projectbudgets to determine if they are feasible based on the scope ofwork involved
• Managing day-to-day operationsof the production department to ensure that projects run smoothlyand meet deadlines
• Overseeing the budget andmaking adjustments where necessary to ensure that costs do notexceed income
• Ensuring that all productionequipment is in good working order and that all necessary materialsare available
• Directing and overseeing allaspects of a production or project, from start to finish
• Determining and organizing the best approach for eachproject or production, including selecting a scriptwriter orcomposer based on their experience and expertise in thefield
• Determining the best way to promote aproduction, including selecting an advertising agency and creatinga marketing plan
• Planning theupcoming style according to priority wise.
• Prepareline layout
• Follow upthe line production with IE tools.
• Ensure thebuyer requirements as per quality parameters.
• Inspection handle with buyerQA
• Follow up the production from cutting to packing
• Total responsibility upto Shipment.
• Coordinating with all internal departments ofthe factory to ensure the availability of materials.
• Prepare Line plan.
• AllIncoming fabrics analysis.
• The Fabric performance evaluation.
• The evaluated analysis will be intimated andthe same will be circulated to the production.
• Close coordination with the fabricsourcing dept for the selection of the fabrics for the styles Interms of count and construction and blends
• Coordination with external agencies for thetesting.
