Responsibilities Include:
• Candidate will be responsible for making Inbound & outbound calls.
• Candidate will be responsible to assist clients for golf bookings by maintaining good relationships with both clients & golf courses.
• Responsible for end to end closure of customer queries/complaints. Thorough understanding for all open issues and drive them to closure.
• Keep records of customer interactions, Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics.
• Highlight important and major points from various queries/complaints to relevant stakeholders.
• Analyse and create daily, weekly and monthly reports. Circulate MIS, Dashboards and other Reports.
• Generate need based reports on demand by the team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Should have good knowledge of Microsoft office (Mainly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
• Should be prepared to work extended hours to meet peak demands.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability in problem-solving.
• Should be positive in attitude.
