    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition (Automotive) to join our dynamic HR team.

    The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and attracting top-tier talent across various functions.

    As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategies, fostering strong relationships with hiring managers and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Lead endtoend recruitment efforts for a range of positions, including but not limited to technical, managerial, and executive roles.
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
    • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through networking, social media, referrals, and other channels.
    • Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Manage candidate pipelines efficiently, providing timely updates to stakeholders and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, vendors, and industry professionals to augment talent acquisition efforts as needed.
    • Stay abreast of market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and talent acquisition, recommending process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition marketing efforts to attract top talent and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a diverse workforce and foster an inclusive culture.
    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior members of the talent acquisition team, fostering their professional growth and development.

    Job Requirements:

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience in fullcycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and attracting talent across multiple disciplines and levels of seniority.
    • Proven track record of successfully filling challenging positions within established timelines and budgets.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive informed decisionmaking.
    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced, highvolume recruitment environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and other recruitment software/tools.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to evolving business needs.
    • Commitment to upholding ethical standards, promoting diversity and inclusion, and ensuring a fair and equitable recruitment process.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
