• Lead ateam of sales professionals and financial advisors focused onclientacquisition.
• Set cleartargets and goals for the team and guide to ensure they meet orexceed performance expectations.
• Overseeand coordinate lead generation activities including marketingcampaigns outreach programs and events.
• Developand implement a comprehensive client acquisition strategy toattract new investors and clients to the stock brokingfirm
• Build andmaintain relationships with potential clients financialinstitutions and other key stakeholders.
• Stayinformed about market trends competitor activities and changes inthe regulatory environment that may impact client acquisitionstrategies.
• Provideongoing training and development opportunities for the clientacquisition team to enhance their sales skills and productknowledge.
• Developand manage the budget for client acquisition activities ensuringoptimal utilization of resources.
• Ensurethat all client acquisition activities comply with regulatoryguidelines and internalpolicie
• Managing the PnL ofeach product (Mutual Fund / IPO / Bonds) along with NewAUM
• Program manage theproduct launch (Mutual Fund / IPO / Bonds) and drive sales in allchannels
• Periodicengagementsrelated to Product (Mutual Fund / IPO / Bonds) &ProcessCommunications
• Ensure Quality ofBusiness in terms of Retention Support all channels(B2B B2C as wellas Digital) in terms of their Business Requirements
• Negotiating with AMCsfor commissions & keeping a track of the realization Goodunderstanding of exchanges tools for e.g. BSE Star MF IBBS NSE eIPOetc
• Exceptionalinterpersonalandcommunicationskills (written and verbal ) with the ability toeffectivelyengage with uppermanagement at alllevels.
• Proven track recordof successfully implementing strategies and initiativeswith allcurrentmarket updates.
• Excellentproblemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
