- Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience as a Gymnastic Instructor
- Strong instructional and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students
- Knowledge and experience in rhythmic gymnastics, aerobics, and general gymnastics
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Patience and the ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Teach gymnastic techniques, routines, and skills to students of all ages and skill levels
- Create and develop lesson plans and training programs
