Job Title: Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Location: Remote
Experience: 4-6 Years
Salary: Upto 25 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
-Rapidly develop and deploy production-ready ML models, prioritizing scalability and monitoring across a wide spectrum of applications within healthcare.
-Craft efficient, maintainable, and scalable Python code tailored to our specific business requirements.
-Construct high-performance, multi-tenant deployment architectures and sophisticated model monitoring systems.
-Engage directly with internal stakeholders to integrate feedback and enhance our ML-driven products through rapid iteration cycles.
-Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and procedures in the deployment and upkeep of machine learning models.
-Propel the ongoing advancement of MLOps practices within the healthcare sector by crafting innovative solutions and promoting best practices.
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience with transformer-based models and NLP, preferably within a healthcare context.
-Demonstrated proficiency in fine-tuning, executing large-scale training jobs, and overseeing model servers such as vLLM, TGI, or TorchServe.
-Proficiency in data science tools such as Pandas, Notebooks, Numpy, Scipy.
-Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases.
-Extensive experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and familiarity with HuggingFace.
-Understanding of model analysis and experimentation frameworks such as MLFlow, W&B, and tfma is preferred.
-Comfortable operating within a Linux environment and adhering to stringent data security practices.
-Successful completion of a rigorous vetting process, including thorough background checks, to ensure the highest standards of data security and integrity.
