We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Krishna in Kochi. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional spa treatments, facials, pedicures, and other cosmetology services that exceed our guests' expectations.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

• Provide high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Offer personalized consultations and recommendations to enhance our guests' overall spa experience.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our guests, understanding their preferences and needs to deliver tailored services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert-level spa treatments, utilizing knowledge of various techniques and products to create customized experiences.
• Ensure seamless communication with colleagues and management to meet guest demands and resolve any issues promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new knowledge and skills into daily practice.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Cosmetology and Spa Treatments skills
• Facials and Pedicures skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Relevant certification or diploma in Cosmetology or related field

Requirements:

• Degree or certificate in Cosmetology or a related field
• Proven experience in a spa or wellness setting, preferably in a similar role
• Strong understanding of skincare and body care principles, including product knowledge and application techniques
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods, with regular breaks to maintain physical and mental well-being
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
