Go Alubuild Pvt. Ltd. is a leading facade engineering and unitized glazing solutions company delivering high-quality architectural solutions across commercial and infrastructure projects. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, strategic coordination, and executive communications.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to CEO will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO. The role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage CEOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS, and executive summaries.
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Draft official correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Track action points from meetings and ensure timely closure.
- Facilitate communication across leadership and project teams.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain records, documents, and executive files.
- Support in planning company events, leadership meetings, and reviews.
- Monitor deadlines, priorities, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate business travel, accommodation, and logistics.
Strategic & Business Support
- Assist in business planning, data analysis, and project tracking.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and performance updates.
- Support the CEO in strategic initiatives and special projects.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA or relevant certification preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience supporting senior leadership or CXO level executives.
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience in engineering, construction, or related industry (preferred but not mandatory).
