Job Description:

As a PowerPoint Design Specialist at Calsoft, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective presentations that communicate complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

Working closely with various teams within the organization, you'll transform ideas, data, and content into engaging and impactful presentations.


Responsibilities:

• Design visually aesthetic PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to understand presentation requirements and objectives.
• Develop creative concepts and themes aligned with Calsoft's branding guidelines and messaging.
• Use design expertise to enhance slide visual appeal with graphics, images, and multimedia elements.
• Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes across all presentations.
• Produce compelling visual representations in PowerPoint based on style guidelines.
• Conduct thorough quality checks for accuracy and consistency.
• Review presentations for formatting issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously elevate presentation quality and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a presentation designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and other design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A keen eye for design, understanding layout, typography, and color theory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, translating ideas into visual concepts effectively.
• Attention to detail, working efficiently under tight deadlines.
