- Postgraduate degree (MD/DNB) in General Medicine.
- Minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in teaching and/or clinical practice.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate students in the learning process.
- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions on General Medicine topics to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Supervise and mentor students in their research work and thesis preparation.
- Design and develop curriculum materials based on industry trends and standards.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and research in the field of General Medicine.
- Contribute to the academic and administrative activities of the department.
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with fellow faculty members.
- Assist in organizing and conducting medical conferences, workshops, and seminars.
- Provide guidance and counseling to students regarding their academic and career choices.
- Evaluate and assess student performance through examinations and assignments.
