    Description
    Manager Brand ProtectionManaging day-to-day operations of administration and investigation team. Ensure the conducted investigations are ethical, audit-able, transparent, and admissible as per the Indian law.
    Developing, implementing, and continuously improving procedures and systems for IP Manager Trained as a product identification expert level. This level is to be maintained throughout the duration that we act for any client. Training of the investigative team based on operational requirement.
    Preparation of Investigation Plans, managing investigation strategies and tactics of the in- house Investigative team.

    Following up with the day-to- day investigations progress of the site visits, samples purchase, undercover operations, surveillance activities, raids, and seizures.

    Managing the legal department daily tasks and follow up with the progress of the ongoing cases.

    Prepare cases' brief and process a wide range of standard legal documents including POAs, appeals, complaints, petitions, certificates, warrants, contracts, services, and fees agreements.

    Provides direct assistance to the legal Consultants in devising, executing legal documents.
    Manage and develop an in- house system of intelligence.
    Negotiates IP-related agreements and documentations (e.g., Proposals, service/ Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and complaints to Law Enforcement Authorities, working on matters that infringe our client's IPR as evidence for the court.

    Supporting Client's in planning and conducting Law Enforcement actions against the counterfeiting operations and provide the required assistance in terms of product identification, intelligence gathering and reporting afterwards.

    Monitor procedures required for storing/ destructing counterfeit seized products under the supervision of the Indian authorities.
    Oversee finance department in recording invoices, track payments and process IP related invoices.
    Commissioning and coordinating fieldwork across multiple markets taking project budget in mind and maximizing profits.
    Developing implementing and continuously improving procedures and systems for IP management.

    Working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure timelines, quotas and recruitment criteria is followed with precision for each project.

    Monitoring fieldwork at every stage for quality assurance by back checking and logic checking questionnaires.
    Trained as a product identification expert level. This level is to be maintained throughout the duration that we act for any client.
    Training of the investigative team based on operational requirement.
    Investigation. Budget Management. Employee Training. Multi-Cultural Team Leadership.

    This is a full-time, on-site role as a Field Officer for Brand (IPR) protection, investigations and enforcement at TACT India Pvt Ltd in Gurugram.

    The Officer will be responsible for detecting and preventing unauthorized use of TACT India's Clients intellectual property rights (IPR), identifying potential brand infringement and counterfeiting incidents, conducting investigations into suspected violations of IPR, and liaising with law enforcement agencies as required.

    The Officer will also provide guidance and training to colleagues and stakeholders on IPR policies and procedures.
    TACT is an Acronym for " The Anti Counterfeiting Team".

    At TACT India we have a In House Law Firm and Provide End to End Services right from Market Surveys, Market Mapping, Detailed Investigations, Target Investigations, Surveillance, Identifying Clients Brands being counterfeited, Key Counterfeiters in our target Markets, Identifying Their Operating Premises, Coordinating with Police / Other Government Law Enforcement Agencies, Assisting Law Enforcement Agencies in Executing Enforcement Actions under Copyright and Trademark Laws, Assisting in Search and Seizure Operations for filling of FIR's, Ensuring Integrity in Operations and Conclusion of Operations strictly as per Law of the Land.

    This is a Hard Core operations Role which entails Sharp Acumen and Aptitude, Knowledge of Law, Openness to be a Complainant, Willingness to travel to pan India and International locations for a week to a month, Capability of Report Writing, Operating as Lead Investigator, Working Alone and with a Team.

    Having Conveyance is essential to Field Operations.
