- Drive Sales plan for the region in collaboration with RM to achieve business objectives
- Identify potential growth & problem areas and plan initiatives to improve the sales & market share
- Make and execute plans for Distribution growth in under penetrated towns
- Ensure no zero billing at distributor level and review the same for their team
- Increase dealer productivity (yield)
- Ensuring Distributor-wise minimum inventory of each stock.
- Make and execute revival plan for low growth areas/territories with RM
- Execute Sales Promotional Activities in coordination with Marketing team
- Mapping, analysing and suggesting corrective action to counter competitors' activity.
- Must have good Analytical Skills and business acumen.
- Review and take appropriate action to liquidate slow moving SKUs
- Conduct dealer meet to generate demand and showcase new product range
