    What we want you todo

    Study each of our productsto ensure expert knowledge thereof.
    Communicate with existing and budding clients to maintain workingrelationships. Inform clients about thebenefits and limitations attached to eachproduct. Sell products/services to hospitalsdiagnostic centers and medical professionals based on theirneeds. Walk clients through the results ofour clinical trials to encourage sales.
    Analyze competitors performance to safeguard and further promoteour position in the market. Conduct regularselfevaluations to ensure that you always meet salestargets. Attend training workshops andcongresses to remain up to date with standards and developments inthe industry.

    Reach out to prospectiveclients from their existing network as well as details/links sharedby us in person or by call whichever iseffective.

    Provide historical records bymaintaining records on area and clientsales/reachouts.

    Keep management informed bysubmitting activity and results reports such as daily call reportsweekly work plans and monthly and annual territoryanalyses.

    Drive product(s) activation andadoption across sales channels at prospective hospitals/clinics/anyhealthcare institutions post partnership withHaystackAnalytics. Own the sales target andwork with partner hospitals/clinics/any healthcare institutionsteam to plan and achieve the same. Developand execute marketing campaigns and monitor and analyze theireffectiveness and performance. Develop andimplement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with thehospitals business objectives and goals.
    Identify and understand the target audience market trends andcompetitors to develop sales strategies like product bundlingupsellingetc.

    Workwith the sales team of the hospitals to generate prospective leadsfrom the existing patient base and convert them intocustomers.

    Create and manage budgets formarketing campaigns and measure ROI. Workwith the brand team to develop content for marketing collateralincluding brochures presentations and websitecontent. Plan and exec ute events includingtrade shows webinars and conferences. Managerelationships with external vendors including creative agencies andevent planners. Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including sales product and operations toensure successful campaign execution. Stayuptodate with the latest marketing trends tools andtechniques.

    What are we looking inyou

    B Tech / IDD / MSc. / M.Tech/ MBA Freshers from engineering / management institutes withinterest in sales and marketing. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently andcollaboratively. Strong analyticalskills. Experience with marketing tools andtechniques. Ability to meet salestargets. Ability to travel when needed PanIndia Must have ownlaptop
