    We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for Piegon Media Pvt Ltd, a leading B2B marketplace in India. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and possess strong skills in sales operations, lead generation, business development, and sales strategy.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives
    • Strong skills in sales operations, lead generation, business development, and sales strategy
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to negotiate and close deals
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office

    Roles and Responsibilities

    Build and improve relationships with Existing clients

    Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their packages.

    Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.

    Educate and inform clients about the companys services and special offers.

    Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.

    Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.

    Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations.

    Upgrade the existing clients as well as asked for renewal from them.
