    Job Title: Finance Controller

    Location: Bengaluru

    Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

    Job Overview:

    The Finance Controller manages all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. This role involves leading the finance team, ensuring accurate financial data, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
    • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate projections.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
    • Coordinate external audits and ensure timely submission of all financial documents.
    • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
    • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
    • Manage cash flow and monitor liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
    • Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
