    The Role:

    As a Travel Advisor Intern, you'll be trained and guided to serve as the bridge between our customers and their next great adventure. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for freshers and recent graduates looking to build a long-term career in the travel industry. If you're passionate about travel, love connecting with people, and are hungry to grow — this role is for you

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Customer Consultation: Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
    • Travel Planning: Utilize our suite of online tools and resources to research, plan, and curate bespoke travel itineraries.
    • Generating Profitable Sales: Use travel expertise and customer influencing skills to drive bookings and increase profitability. Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Booking Management: Assist clients with booking accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services.
    • Ongoing Support: Provide clients with real-time assistance during their trips, ensuring their experiences are smooth and enjoyable.
    • Stay Updated: Continuously monitor and stay informed about global travel trends, destination updates, and any travel advisories or restrictions.
    • Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze feedback from travelers to constantly refine and improve our offerings.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and tech teams to offer insights and feedback based on customer interactions.

    Key Requirements:

    · No prior experience required, this role is open to freshers, recent graduates, and interns looking to grow within the organization

    · Training will be provided on major holiday destinations, travel products, and booking tools, a willingness to learn is all you need

    · Target-driven mindset with a genuine desire to meet and exceed sales goals

    · Stability and commitment, we are looking for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career with us

    · Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with a friendly and professional approach

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude

    · Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and grace.
