Job Overview
The Store Manager for Azorte, a premium brand of Reliance, is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing store operations in key locations including Delhi, Amritsar, Gurgaon, and Chandigarh. This full-time role requires a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The Store Manager is crucial in driving retail sales, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and managing store teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in retail operations with the ability to manage daily store activities effectively (Mandatory skill).
- Proven skills in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages (Mandatory skill).
- Strong visual merchandising capabilities to enhance store displays and attract customers (Mandatory skill).
- Effective team management experience, fostering a proactive and high-performance environment.
