    Description

    We are looking for:

    Assistant of the Asian Region Director of Operation

    Main responsibilities and duties :

  • Assists EVPO-Asia in the administrative tasks and performs various clerical tasks (correspondence, fielding calls...);
  • Responsible for updating the budget follow up according to the organizations;
  • Responsible for management dashboards on the assigned area of responsibility;
  • Maintains and contributes in the Company overview updates;
  • Responsible for the translation of documentation and correspondence;
  • Arranges and coordinates meetings, conferences and other important and vital meetings;
  • Attends to supervisory meetings and drafts meeting minutes;
  • Supports HR Manager in various tasks as per requirement.
  • Responsible for arranging travel and accommodation;
  • Able to assess the relevance and urgency level of the different information received;
  • Takes part in administrative studies and helps prepare reports;
  • Requirements :

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferably engineering graduate/diploma with minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in usage of MS Office particularly in advance excel & power point presentations.
  • Professional abilities

  • Versatility, autonomy, availability, interpersonal skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality;
  • Good command of spelling and grammar, number skills (comfortable with numbers);
  • Command of office automation systems and MS Office (Word, Excel...);
  • Proficiency in English is required.
