- Identify and develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and direct dealers in the region.
- Manage existing relationships to ensure equilibrium between primary and secondary sales.
- Understand pricing, discount structures, product quality, and USP of each brand.
- Conduct BTL activities such as in-shop promotions, wall painting, FLEX, GSB, and POP displays.
- Communicate with architects, developers, fabricators, contractors, and builders to promote our products.
- Achieve sales targets for each brand.
- Maintain balance between primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure timely payment terms and secure funds.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
