Job Summary:
A Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries resolving issues ensuring positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries answering questions about products services providing information offering guidance.
- Troubleshooting problems addressing complaints finding solutions to customer concerns.
- Providing support helping customers navigate product features troubleshoot technical difficulties making most of their experience.
