Roleand ResponsibilitiesRole You shallbe leading the Tech team managing the product platform Maximus.Lead engineering team to build and transform platform to achieveDigital Lending & offer customer a seamless digitalborrowing experience. Build high performing team including hiringdeveloping and retaining critical tech talent in theteam. KeyResponsibilities Collaborateclosely with senior business operations and product leaders tobuild both short term and long term delivery roadmap Driveengineering efficiency by setting up and driving adoption ofrequired software development processes andtools Define the team charter vision andtechnical architecture for the team Monitorproject triple constraints Time Cost & Scope to ensurecompletion of project deliverables Own theoverall architecture and operational aspects of the systemsincluding availability and latency Abilityto drive projects efficiently in a crossfunctional environment byestablishing respect and confidence in the business and technicalcommunities. Partner closely with productdesign and engineering to develop program milestones track progressand provide transparency to stakeholdersManage IT project execution including project schedules trackstatus and adjustments and ensure all milestones actions anddeadlines are met on schedule You will actas a mentor for lessexperienced peers through both your technicalknowledge and leadership skills Presence inthe external tech community: you proactively share your expertisewith others via speaking engagements contributions to open sourceblogs and more Instill the culture ofinnovation in the team and motivate the team through recognitionand other mechanismsQualifications Bachelor sdegree from an accredited four (4) year college oruniversity 10 years of relevant ITtransformation program management experienceScrum Master / Agile experience is a plusFamiliar with Cloud Services Microservices Java Script SoftwareStack/Python Stack Databases UI/UX Application Servers WebServers RoleProficiencies Digital /Technology Transformation program management experience for largescale cross functional multiyear programs in BFSIdomain People management and hiringtechnical depth and thought leadershipExcellent knowledge/experience in the application of Agile and leanapproaches Knowledge of software bestpractices like TestDriven Development (TDD) and ContinuousIntegration (CI) Excellent communication andinfluence Roadmap and team charterdefinition Strong analytical thinker whouses data in decision making and strategic developmentinitiatives As the Custody Technical Lead you will betaking charge of leading the team responsible for the developmentand delivery of applications for Custody and Capital Marketdomains. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a teamdesigning application solutions and ensuring the successfuldelivery of applications. Additionally you will be involved inproject management working closely with various technologies andimplementing best practices related to DevOps CI/CD and releasemanagement. It is essential to possess strong technical expertisein Java or Microsoft Technologies as well as knowledge of PublicCloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. Furthermore the idealcandidate should have experience with OpenShift Kubernetes CloudTechnologies and a good understanding of Network/Firewall/LoadBalancerConcepts.
CandidateQualificationsThe successfulcandidate would ideally possess a Bachelor of Engineering or aMaster of Science in IT/CS accompanied by a total of 12 years ofexperience in thefield.
