- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and achieve revenue targets across e-commerce platforms.
- Should have handled the E-Commerce accounts operationally (at National level) for minimum 3 years.
- Professional acquaintance with the key stakeholders and gatekeepers in major accounts like Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket etc.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with e-commerce partners to optimize terms and maximize profitability.
- Drive promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches on e-commerce platforms to increase visibility and drive sales.
- Should be able to influence on PO release, cascade the POs to KAEs & ensuring deliveries with maximum Fill rate, hygiene check and corrections wherever required cascading the POs to KAEs, ensuring
- Should be able to understand the requirement of the customer, and address the need gaps through competition tracking, portfolio assessment.
- Maintain healthy relationship with the category managers to impact the business positively.
- Ensure Revenue goals are meet within the budgets.
- Follow up for payments with the customer, facilitating Account reconciliation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
- Atleast 5 yrs. & most recent experience in E-Comm in Ayurveda Category/FMCG.
- Have handled at least 3 major E-Commerce players to Foods & Personal Care is an edge to single handedly manage set of Ecommerce players.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online retail trends.
- Know-how on the different visibility elements and thorough understanding of each of the Ecomm platforms working.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel for customer meeting and regional team meets, wherever required.
