    The RoleProfile:

    Lead GeneratorRequirements:
    Calling from the database and convincing customers over the phone for our products.
    Responsible for customer walk-in to our stockyard.
    Customer relationship management for repeated sales.
    Should have experience in the Building material industry.
    Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
    Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
    Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
    Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
    Should be comfortable to visit the sites and meet with the clients for the business needs.
    Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
    Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
    Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
    Responsible for making calls for the sales perspective.

    Ideal ProfileSkills Required:
    Very Good Communication SkillGood Convincing skills and selling skills.

    Should have experience 2-4 years in Sales or BDM profileAbility to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
