Head of Project Management - Delhi, India - Private Client Real Estate

Job Summary:

Oversee project construction and handover processes for the Zone, focusing on cost optimization, value engineering, analysis, coordination, process adherence, construction, execution, process improvement, and learning & development.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, particularly in managing multiple on-site projects.

Critical skills include understanding of real estate development, construction and project management, familiarity with new technologies, materials, and value engineering, as well as proficiency in MS Project.

Responsibilities:
Lead cost management efforts across multiple projects in the Zone, overseeing engineering, contracts, and architectural design stages.
Manage costing, budgeting, contract administration, and engineering services within the cluster.
Foster a value engineering mindset to address challenging situations and enhance business value throughout the project lifecycle.
Utilize tools such as MIS, SAP, and ASTA for budget control, cost analytics, and project planning.
Ensure adherence to annual operating plans and project timelines.
Facilitate seamless communication and decision-making to prevent construction delays.
Coordinate timely delivery of drawings and decisions to support uninterrupted construction.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines and processes, focusing on scalability and operational efficiency.
Provide guidance and leadership to site teams, offering technical solutions and resolving issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to design specifications, project timelines, and safety standards.
Promote innovation and agility within the team, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Identify and address self and team development needs through training and projects.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.20+ years of experience in on-site project management in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in construction management, project management, and MS Project.
Familiarity with real estate development, new technologies, and value engineering.
