- At least 5+ years of experience in IT sales.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in cloud sales – AWS (mandatory).
- Certifications in AWS cloud fundamentals are an added advantage.
- Previous experience handling the South region and existing client relationships in Bangalore/Chennai.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- A natural collaborator, passionate about customer success, and employee-centric.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
