Responsibilities:

• Maintainrealtime accurate record of all accounting and finance transactionsin books of accounts
• Ensuring realtime Bankreconciliations
• Coordination with consultantsexchanges and regulators
• Ensuring timely vendorpayments
• Preparation of various reports forinternal and external stakeholders
• Assistancein getting timely tax returns and filings done for the Brokingarm
• Improvising existing finance &accounting processes by continuously making it efficient andgetting in automation
• Assistance in exchangeand regulatory audits andinspections
• Experience in Finalization andclosing of Books of Accounts
• Handling QuarterlyAudit process
• Preparation of process notes andStandard Operating Procedures for all Finance and Accounts relatedprocesses
• Assistance in Budgeting and varianceanalysis
• Coordinating internally to collectdata required for analyticalpurposes
• Preparation of reports as requiredtime to time
• Securing financial information bycompleting databasebackups

Qualifications:

• Minimumof a Bachelors degree in Accounting orFinance
• Proven experience as an Accountant orin a similar role
• Strong understanding ofaccounting principles and processes
• Knowledgeof broking industry and businessneeds
• Proficiency in using accountingsoftware
