    Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Technical Product Manager

    In this role, you would be you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Technical services in data engineering/ ETL environment.

    Responsibilities

    ·Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with partners globally.

    ·Uncover and understand customer needs. Work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.

    ·Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general, and assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products.

    ·Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.

    ·Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.

    ·Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.

    ·Assess and address technical risks.

    ·Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.

    ·Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community. Coordinate beta tests.

    ·Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.

    ·Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.

    ·Excellent problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

    ·Additional responsibilities shall include contributing to designing and documenting of the software architecture based on existing architecture and inputs received from Client from time to time.

    ·Engage with Client in requirement gathering, status update on work, UAT and be the key partner in the overall engagement.

    ·Good in problem solving, could adapt new skills and is keen on sharing expertise and knowledge.

    ·Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the client.

    ·Experience in creation and maintenance of optimum data pipeline architecture for ingestion, processing of data.

    ·It is essential that you have experience in collecting data requirements, maintaining metadata about data

    ·Experience in working with stakeholders working in different time zones

    ·Experience in anyone reporting tool (nice to have)

    ·Good understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology & experience in working with Scrum teams

    ·Familiarity with executing the scrum ceremonies

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum qualifications

    ·BE/B Tech/MCA with relevant experience

    ·Relevant experience as a Technical Product Manager (preferrable from Banking Domain)

    Preferred qualifications

    ·Experience in assisting in the design and implementation of data lake and data warehouse on data engineering

    ·Ability to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products.

    ·Ability to serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.

    ·Strong project management skills.

    ·Experience in managing technical scrum team

    ·Creation and maintenance of optimum data pipeline architecture for ingestion, processing of data

    ·Creation of necessary infrastructure for ETL jobs from a wide range of data sources

    ·Collecting data requirements, maintaining metadata about data

    ·Experience in Data storage technologies like Amazon S3, SQL, NoSQL (any one of them)

    ·Data modeling technical awareness, design review and experience in Talend, MSBI, sound knowledge on AWS services (EC2, S3, Glue, pyspark). Experience in writing complex SQL queries.

    ·Integration using Talend/Talend API.

    ·Hands on experience developing pipeline using Glue, Athena, AWS data pipeline

    ·Essential to have experience in executing scrum ceremonies.
