    Location - Mohali (Punjab).

    Position - Brand Manager.

    Experience - 10 years plus in Branding Promotion of Super Specialist Hospitals.

    Qualification - Master`s in Health Care Management/Marketing/ Any other.

    Job Responsibilty:
    Developing brand guidelines, ensure the consistency of brand and its protocol.

    • Leading the strategic planning process for the brand, based on key consumer insights to enhance current service portfolio and improve communications with consumers.
    • Involvement in the development of the company's longterm planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets, and partners
    • Working closely with referral team and fulfilling the branding requirements.
    • Monitoring and analysing brand performance in comparison to the competition.
    • Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external vendors to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
    • Coordination with Team and Department.
    • Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues, websites, brochures, packaging and inclinic displays.
    • Coordinate with media house for timely execution of the task.
    • Handle PR relations of the hospital; formulate press release articles.
    • Delivering internal and external presentations regarding new product introductions, marketing materials, business objective and communication strategy.
    • Coordinating regular meetings and preparing regular reports outlining the brands' performance.
    • Managing the status of projects, product testing and the evaluation of external agencies, Managing activations across domain for new doctors, specialities etc.
