    Your background and qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/master's degree in business, sales, Real Estate, or related field.
    • 15 years of minimum work experience.
    • Extensive experience in either Retail/ Mall Developer or industrial warehousing, logistics/3PL domain.
    • Strong visionary with proven leadership qualities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Solid set of client network and industry connections.

    Overview:

    As the National Head Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our services with clients from diverse domains.

    This position involves spearheading efforts to grow new business connections, expand our client pool, and actively engage with prospective clients in the industrial warehousing and logistic sectors.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for driving business development initiatives across the country to maximize occupancy rates and revenue across the national portfolio.
    • Develop and nurture relationships within the industrial warehousing and logistics sectors, targeting clients from different domains.
    • Drive the growth of new business connections and expand the client pool.
    • Actively identify and engage with potential clients in the market, showcasing our services and understanding their unique needs as well as build lasting relationships with the clients.
    • Collaborate with the leasing team, ensuring a smooth transition of leads and staying involved in the entire process until contract closure.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including leasing, finance, technical and legal teams, to ensure seamless client transactions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
