    Job Description:

    • Lead and manage a team of performance marketers to execute strategic campaigns for Codive's pilot programs.
    • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies for K-12 edtech programs, focusing on engagement and lead generation.
    • Plan and manage marketing initiatives to ensure maximum ROI.
    • Collaborate directly with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with Codive's broader business goals.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including program development and creative, as well as external partners, for seamless campaign execution.

    Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on edtech, K-12 programs, or related fields.
    • Proven expertise in managing marketing budgets of 1 crore INR or higher.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
    • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
    • Immediate joiners are preferred, as our pilot programs are set to launch soon.
