    Job Description:
    • As a ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and maintain solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support HR service delivery processes. Here's a breakdown of key responsibilities and tasks associated with this role:
    • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Solution Design: Design HR service delivery solutions leveraging ServiceNow HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Onboarding, Offboarding, and other relevant HR modules.
    • Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow HRSD modules to align with HR processes and requirements. This includes designing forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, and UI policies.
    • Integration: Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other HR systems, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), payroll systems, and third-party HR applications. Utilize ServiceNow integration capabilities such as APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
    • Data Management: Manage HR data within ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Define data structures, fields, and relationships within the ServiceNow platform to support HR processes and reporting needs.
    • Automation: Implement automation solutions to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. This may include automating routine HR tasks, approvals, notifications, and escalations using ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and orchestration capabilities.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into HR service performance, employee satisfaction, and compliance metrics. Utilize ServiceNow reporting and analytics features to create custom reports and visualizations tailored to HR stakeholders' needs.
    • Testing and Deployment: Conduct testing of HRSD solutions to ensure quality and reliability. Plan and execute deployment of changes to production environments following best practices and change management processes.
    • Documentation and Training: Document HRSD configurations, customizations, and best practices for reference by administrators and users. Provide training and support to HR teams on using ServiceNow HRSD applications effectively.
