- Research and compile payroll legal regulations for different countries internally
- Analyze legal and business requirements, and assist the development team in preparing software requirement specifications
- Collaborate closely with the development team to convey requirements and implement statutory regulations into the product
- Liaise with authorities and consultants to gather requirements and address relevant queries
- Work in harmony with various teams across the organization
- Review product changes, validate test results, and offer timely feedback
- Address customer inquiries with teams and proactively resolve them
- A proactive and self-motivated professional with experience in individual taxation and payroll legal regulations for multiple countries
- Hands-on experience in ensuring global payroll product compliance for large organizations worldwide is a significant advantage
- Self-driven with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality
- Confidence, resilience, and a determined approach
- Academic excellence and consistent performance, along with relevant educational background/certifications
- Keenness to learn about technology and payroll products
- Prior exposure to any HCM product will be beneficial
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce
- Minimum 1 year of experience in roles similar to those mentioned above
