    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Responsible for understanding theproducts PR objectives and establishing impactful programs thatpromote them.
    Develop a Framework / Scorecard to monitorand optimize the public relations plans and ensure they stayaligned to the Brands and product verticals overall objectives inSouth Asia.
    Play a leading role in creating thebrand/products messaging on thought leadership platforms which willin time position Cambridge University Press & Assessmentproducts in South Asia as a thought leader

    Leadmedia outreach initiatives in pitching handling inbound mediaqueries and managing relationships between Marketing and localnational and international media in South Asia.
    Beresponsible for developing storylines written materials andmessages such as press releases media advisories pitchespresentations etc. that are tied to them Brand and PR planframework.
    Be responsible for deploying internalcommunications content that increases the various stakeholdersunderstanding of the public relations role activities and mediacoverage functions.

    Develop media relationstrategies that cover the Brands crucial constituencies Media(digital and offline) Blogs Education Centric Websites DomainInfluencers Education Policy Makers and School LeadershipCommunities which inspires even greater awareness of the CambridgeUniversity Press & Assessment Brand and its reach in South Asiamarkets.
    Formulate maintain and enhances PR analyticstools and reporting process methods

    KNOWLEDGE
    Exceptional PR and Communicationsbackground and experience of 15 to 20 years.
    Mastersdegree in Mass Media Communications Public Relations or relatedfield.
    Successful track record in a progressive publicrelations position in a fastmoving anddynamic business environmentor one of Indias Top PR agencies managing PR for wellknownbrands/categories. Global project experiences will be a hugeplus.

    SKILLS

    Possess outstandingverbal and written communication skills. Have an extraordinaryability to communicate Brand Product and Business messages mostclearly and concisely bringing about a positive outlook on thebusiness especially to external partners stakeholders consumers andgovernments in South Asia markets.
    Proven and successfulexperience planning and managing multiple PR projects proactivelyor under tight deadlines. Good Media Relationship and Networking intraditional PR channels like Print TV and Web News networks besidesexperience working with newer & modern PR channels such asLinkedIn Facebook Twitter and Instagram.
    Exceptionalabilities to develop relationships and partnerships(internal/global) across all levels exhibiting strong leadershipand influencing skills.
    Display comfort working incrossfunctional settings to think outside the box while findingcreative and unorthodox PR solutions that will give the CambridgeUniversity Press & Assessment Brand and various others adistinctive edge over the competition in South Asia.
    Expert presentation facilitation and training skills. Flexible witha demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment. Strongprogram management skills: plan communicate execute and followthrough.

    Ability to make regular pitches &presentations to various audiences proficient in Visual Aids MSWord PowerPoint and similar. Able to deliver creative content forpresentations media releases that is engaging andimpacting.
