Role andResponsibilities:

We are seeking a skilledProduction Manager with excellent production planning abilities tooversee the production process and ensure that deadlines are metwith the right quality standards.

The ideal candidate shouldpossess strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team ofproduction engineers. Coordinating various ISO activities(QMS/EMS/Safety) with the QC team on the shop floor level isessential. Additionally the candidate will be responsible forregular upkeep of the shop floor and machines striving to minimizewastage and rejections. Interacting with the quality/engineeringdepartment to address design and quality issues for productdevelopment is a key aspect of the role.

Other responsibilitiesinclude handling client visits at the factory preparing weeklyoutput reports developing tools/methodologies to improve productionoutputs providing vendor performance evaluation and feedback on amonthly report basis as well as coordinating worker and juniorengineer training schedules withseniors.

CandidateQualifications:
The ideal candidate shouldhave a BE in Mechanical Engineering with a proactive attitude andexcellent communication presentation and negotiation skills. Astrong command of English and Hindi is required along with ahardworking and gogetterattitude.
