We are looking for DataScientists to lead a data science team and help us gain usefulinsight out of raw data. LeadData Scientist responsibilities include managing the client datascience team planning projects andbuilding analytics models. You should have a strong problemsolvingability and a knack for statisticalanalysis. If youre also able to align our data products with ourbusiness goals we would like to talk toyou.Your ultimate goal will be to helpimprove our AI services by making the most out of our clientsdata.

Responsibilities

• You would be required to Identify develop and implement theappropriate statistical techniques algorithms and Deeplearning / ML Models to create new scalable solutionsthat address business challenges acrossindustry domains.
• Define developmaintain and evolve data models tools andcapabilities.
• Communicate your findings to theappropriate teams through visualizations
• Collaborate and communicate findings to diversestakeholders
• Provide solutions for but notlimited to: Object detection/Image recognition naturallanguage processing Sentiment Analysis Topic ModelingConcept Extraction Recommender SystemsText Classification Clustering Customer Segmentation &Targeting Propensity Modeling ChurnModeling Lifetime Value Estimation ForecastingModeling Response to Incentives MarketingMix Optimization PriceOptimization.
• Ability to buildtrain and lead a team of data scientists.
• Follow/maintain an agile methodology for delivering on projectmilestones.
• Excellent oral presentation andwritten communication skills.
• Experienceapplying statistical ideas and methods to data sets to answerbusiness problems.
• Mine and analyze data to drive optimization and improvement ofproduct development marketing techniques and businessstrategies.
• Working on ML ModelContainerisation.
• Creating ML Model InferencePipelines.
• Testing and Monitoring MLModels.

PreferredQualifications:

• Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD degree in Math Computer Science InformationSystems
• Machine Learning Statistics AppliedMathematics or related technical degree.
• 6plus years total experience with minimum of 3 years of experiencein a related
• position as a senior datascientist building Predictive analytics Computer Visionand
• NLP solutions for various types of businessproblems.
• Advanced knowledge of statisticaltechniques machine learning algorithms and deeplearning frameworks like Tensorflow KerasPytorch
• Programming backgroundand expertise in building models using at least one of thefollowing languages: PythonR
• Strong individual planning andproject management skills able to juggle multiple tasksand priorities.
• Selfmotivated and driven to deliver agreed resultsontime
• Ability to convert analytical outputinto clear concise and persuasive insights &recommendations for technical & nontechnicalaudience
• Strong influence andrelationship managementskills.
