    We are actively seeking a regional leader to oversee talent acquisition for the India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA) region within our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). This is an exciting time to be part of Lubrizol's HR function as we are transforming HR and solidifying our operating model globally. This leader will have visibility into regional hiring needs and markets, and lead the efforts of staffing our newly created Global Capabilities Center (GCC), as well as partner with regional teams and leadership to educate and drive successful recruiting strategy execution.

    Position Summary

    The Regional Talent Acquisition Leader will provide input and lead execution of the talent attraction strategy, and ensure regional governance on process, resources, and customer experiences. This individual will direct the regional Talent Acquisition team members on appropriate recruiting needs and strategies to ensure teams are following standardized processes, as well as partner closely with the HR and Leveraged Services team members supporting and/or executing against the talent acquisition process.

    Essential Responsibilities

    • Implement talent attraction strategy including search, external talent and candidate pools, market insights, social recruitment, posting strategies, and branding – aligning resources, processes, and systems.
    • Oversee regional talent acquisition function including talent acquisition partners and partnering with HR and leveraged services team members supporting talent acquisition efforts including University Relations, Apprenticeship, and Student Programs as relevant.
    • Foster collaborative relationships with HR leadership and business leaders to create talent attraction strategies and provide recommendations based on business goals and workforce planning needs.
    • Ensure positive, consistent candidate experience to drive effective employment brand working with all stakeholders across the Human Resource team and business.
    • Ensure Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices are integrated into all aspects of the programs, and processes.
    • Manage and oversee all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process for the region, creating best practice strategies and unification of processes globally around recruiting, interviewing, assessments, selection, and pre-start onboarding.
    • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of recruitment professionals to execute talent strategies ensuring workforce diversity, integrated talent management, talent pipelining, and critical needs are prioritized and aligned.
    • Enhance and optimize our systems and processes in partnership with HRIS and HR Technology to deliver high levels of internal customer service and a world class candidate experience.
    • Enhance and reinforce a collaborative, engaged, team-oriented environment with a focus on driving results with speed and agility.
    • Ensure global key performance indicators are defined and being met according to target.
    • Lead and/or oversee regional recruiting projects, and vendor relationships providing input into budget needs as appropriate.
    • Collaborate with regional Leveraged Services functions to ensure back-end support of recruiting function is aligned with broader recruiting strategies and programs.
    • Ensure legal compliance for talent acquisition.
    • Provide regional insight for talent attraction budget, identifying ongoing areas of optimization, continuous improvement and digitization while enhancing candidate, employee, and line manager experience.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Business related undergraduate degree (minimum)
    • Experience developing and deploying talent acquisition strategies to enable the business strategy
    • Experience leading a talent acquisition team/function
    • Experience and knowledge of recruiting best practices and procedures
    • Experience in selecting and deploying recruiting systems and technologies; both foundational and latest trends
    • Team leadership experience (3 years minimum)
    • Ability to influence across a range of stakeholders
    • Ability to coach both direct team members and the wider organization
    • Ability to work with data and develop metrics to show value and drive decisions
    • Ability to effectively manage change
