    IT Support Technician II

    to join our fast-paced and energetic organization working out of

    any of our locations

    . Our IT Support Technicians are generalists who provide support to a wide variety of technology services used in our business. Each technician needs to demonstrate an engaged and committed approach to customer service, be technically competent, have strong information seeking and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate clearly in written and verbal forms.


    ResponsibilitiesThis individual's responsibilities would include:


    Providing 1st line technical support and problem resolution for business systems, applications, hardware, networks and other IT servicesWorking with IT vendors and service providersEducating end-users on the effective use of the technologies they useProviding technical expertise in the assessment, design and implementation of new or improved IT servicesResponsible for administering onboarding requirements to new hires/existing employeesManaging and participating in IT projects as assignedOther duties as assignedCritical CapabilitiesHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong information seeking, troubleshooting and communication skills are requiredAbility to exercise discretion and judgement when handling confidential and sensitive informationMust be willing to travel to remote store locations and provide support outside of standard business hours on an as-needed basis.

    Preferred QualificationsThis would be an ideal position if you have:5+ years of relevant IT experience with technical support of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server operating systems, Active Directory, the Office 365 suite, computer hardware/peripherals and computer networksStrong information seeking, troubleshooting and communication skills are requiredCertifications with relevant technologies (i.e. A+, N+, MCP, MCSA, CCENT/NA) or a degree/diploma in Information TechnologyExperience or training with IT Service Management, Cisco VoIP, SharePoint and Meraki network equipment is an assetMust be willing to travel to remote store locations and provide support outside of standard business hours on an as-needed basisWhy join us?We have excellent benefits, competitive wages, in-house training and learning opportunities.
