    About the Role:

    As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to automate processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experience.

    You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, and scripts to automate business processes.
    • Customize ServiceNow to meet specific business needs and requirements.
    • Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using APIs and web services.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Ability to build ServiceNow Reports, dashboards, and homepages.
    • Ability to set up data security via control rules and domain separation.
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
    • Minimum of 3 years supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow tool.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
    • Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.
    • Effective organization, collaboration, planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills
