    Healthcare Lending Specialist Opportunity

    We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Healthcare Lending Specialist. This role will involve end-to-end execution of FHA-insured healthcare loans, requiring strong financial analysis and technical skills.

    About the Role:

    • Analyze and manage HUD healthcare loan files from application to closing.
    • Prepare and submit HUD Pre-Application and Firm Application packages with accuracy.
    • C coordinate third-party reports (CNA, appraisal, ESA, market studies) for seamless underwriting support.
       
    1. Cash flow analysis to ensure reliable financing outcomes.
      Solid understanding of Section 232 requirements is required or strongly preferred
      Hands-on experience with skilled nursing or assisted living assets
