JobResponsibilities:
Focus on outbound salesprospecting by identifying researching connecting with andqualifying new leads in the Architecture Engineering andConstruction (AEC) and Building industry into salesopportunities.
Contact leads and potentialprospects who have never engaged with SmartVizX through cold callsand emails Identify prospect s needs anddetermine fit with our product through scopingcalls Further qualify prospect throughdiscovery calls Schedule productdemonstrations for the prospect with our Salesteam Demo the product to theprospects Maintain a current pipeline inCRM Meet monthly and quarterly leadqualification objectives Achieve a highvolume of daily outbound calling while maintaining a positive andenergeticpersonaQualifications:
Any graduate/MBA in Marketing/SalesDesired
Experience:
Handson experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques suchas Cold Calling 2.0 email marketing LinkedIn Sales Navigator andsocial outreach. Prior experience either asan SDR/call centre executive with a SaaS company or sales toAEC Expert user of any established CRMsystem (Zoho preferred) Consistent trackrecord for meeting and exceeding lead generation and salesobjectives

Excellent written and spokenEnglish Ability to build strong personalrelationships with prospects customers partners andemployees Discipline and organization tomaintain high call and email volumes
