Job Description - National Sales Manager

We are hiring for the role of National Sales Manager for the pre-paid business in Issuing Business. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the reach of the organization's current and future product portfolio by creating and executing a strategy to acquire new brands & merchants across categories, use cases and platforms in India.
Responsibilities we entrust you with:
Develop and execute the business development strategy to acquire new brands and merchants to enhance market penetration and leadership
Acquire brands from SMEs, Enterprises and emerging categories like D2C across India
Collaborate with stakeholders across Product and Program Management to identify and validate newer categories, use cases and innovative platforms and channels
Define and execute end-end GTM to establish leadership position in the opportunities identified
Design and execute robust sales processes and enablers (pipeline management, accurate forecasting, pitch decks, demos etc)
Develop and deliver on annual operating plan in alignment with the business development strategy
Build and lead a high performing business development team to deliver on the annual operating plan
Share insights on the market trends and competition with an action plan to capitalize on the trends
Relevant work experience:
Bachelor's or Masters in Management (degree in Engineering preferrable)
Exposure to both enterprise and SME segments in India
Evidence of either scaling a technology product from 0-10 or/and expanding a matured product/platform to newer categories / use cases
Managing and leading a B2B business development (new business) team
Process driven and obsessively data focussed
Years of experience
years of experience in scaling technology products and platforms to corporates and brands in India
