- Backend Support for field sales team.
- CRM Support
- Should be able to work efficiently on SAP.
- Cross functional collaboration for follow ups.
- Addressing customer queries and recording all correspondence with customers.
- Maintaining, updating Customer data in MDG.
- Preparing sales and service contracts and agreements.
- Following up on customer queries and complaints.
- Documentation w.r.t RGA, NVF, service extensions etc.
- Follow ups with SMI, sales teams, and customers on PO, lot nos. AR, Invoice copies etc.
- Graduate or MBA.
- Experience 2 to 4 years in related field
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of organization processes
- Experience in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
- Familiarity with SOP.
- Should have knowledge of SAP.
