    ROLE SUMMARY / AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for a Recruitment Caller position. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and conducting follow-up calls. You will need to be comfortable with talking on the phone and possess excellent communication skills.

    As a Recruitment Caller, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced startup environment. You will be working closely with the recruiting team to identify and engage with potential candidates. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all calls and leads in our CRM system.

    To be successful in this role, you must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, manage your time effectively, and prioritize tasks. You should be comfortable with working in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in a startup environment and develop your skills in recruitment.     • Software and Applications- MS Office Suite, MS Excel.
    • Qualities & Capabilities-
      • Strong communication skills in English
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      • Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or lead generation is desirable
      • Comfortable with making outbound and receiving inbound calls
      • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
