    Description

    Job Role- Reactjs Developer

    Desired Candidate Role

    We are looking for a skilled developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux. You will be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

    JobDescription :

    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that project requirements are met.
    • To build reusable components and libraries for future use.
    • To ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
    • Develop and implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
    • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using React Hooks and Redux.
    • Ensure that the application is optimized for maximum highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
    • Identify and address performance and scalability issues as they arise.
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ReactJS, Redux, and NodeJS.
    • Good knowledge on overall software product lifecycle from designing to delivery.
    • Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
    • Identifying web-based user interactions.
    • Developing front end website architecture
    • Working alongside graphic designers for web design features and designing user interactions
    • Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
    • Operate in an agile environment.

    Required skills.

    • 2+ years of experience in ReactJS development.
    • Should have expertise in HTML/CSS.
    • Strong proficiency in React Hooks, and NodeJS.
    • Experience with Popular React.Js workflows like Redux and Flux.
    • Excellent understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    • Experience with server-side rendering and API development.
    • Understanding of software design patterns and principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
    • Passion for software development and a desire to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies.

    CTC: As per Industry Standards

    • Hardware Pre- requisites: Candidates must have their Own laptop and internet/Wi-Fi connection. (Hardware Pre-requisites: laptop (8GB RAM), windows 10/11 OS, internet speed- minimum 30 Mbps- Download and Upload both)

    Location- Gurugram (Haryana)- Work from office (All 5 days a week)
