    Experience- 6-10 Years

    Location- Gurugram

    Notice Period- Immediate Joiners only

    Job Description:

    • Translate business goal into user centric design solutions.
    • Work closely with stakeholders and the cross functional teams to understand project requirements.
    • Prepare estimations and work on UI deliverable schedules.
    • Take ownership of entire design solution form design till final delivery and drive visual design and UI development activities.
    • Expertise in any other rapid prototyping tool is essential like Figma, Sketch etc.
    • Team management, project management and negotiation skill are in demand for this role.
    • Ability to leverage effectively multi-disciplinary teams to increase overall contribution.
    • A portfolio is a must for this position while showcasing applied knowledge of user-centered design process and must include site maps, flows, wireframes, visual design samples as applicable.
    • Desired Skills: Strong conceptualization and visualization skills.
    • Fundamental knowledge of User Centric Design process.
    • Strong interaction design & information architecture skills.
    • Good experience in crafting design solutions for web and mobile.
    • Good Understanding of design communication, Front end development process and latest technologies.
    • Expert in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Sketch and others.
    • Good hands on experience of using rapid prototyping tools like Axu
