    • Market Planning and

    GTM:
    Lay out the entire GTM and RTM model.

    Work with Modern Trade & Ecommerce National category managers to develop and execute companies Business Plans that can deliver business growth.



    Sales Processes:
    Launch New Product / Appointing New Distributors / Increase Numeric & Weighted Distribution.

    Plan & help Implement robust processes, internally, to drive synergy and enable a sustainable 'Sales to Collection' model for each business channel.


    Team development:
    Recruitment and on-boarding of entire new Team.

    Accountable for managing cross-functional work streams to deliver unique solutions, in close partnership with key stakeholders including Finance, Ops, Retail Marketing, Shopper Insights.


    Revenue & Profit growth:
    Manage budgets effectively, optimizing marketing spends while delivering impactful results and achieving ROI targets.

    Analysis and Strategy:
    Activate insights to drive actions that achieve customer & organization's business objectives. Identify and close performance and opportunity gaps to achieve channel priorities. In partnership with cross-functional teams, develop category and shopper insights for different categories.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales leadership roles in ECom, Modern Trade, General Trade with a focus on Food brands within the packaged foods or personal care sector. Experience with quick commerce platforms is a bonus.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling up brands, driving growth and profitability.
    • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of setting up and scaling a business from inception.
    • Excellent analytical, leadership, and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally and lead teams effectively.
