Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams .
• Produce high-quality video content, including editing, motion graphics, and animation, for promotional videos, advertisements, social media content
• Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual elements
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand aesthetic across all content and channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing, motion graphics
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide creative direction and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize visual content performance based on analytics and feedback, iterating on strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design

Qualifications

• Video Production and Video Editing skills
• Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics skills
• Graphics skills
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
