    Job Overview

    The Sr Manager Distribution & Sales (home appliances) will be responsible for managing the distribution and sales operations of range of home appliances products in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience in the Home appliances/FMCG/Consumer durables industry.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and distribution of home appliances products
    • Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry, products, and market trends
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution network
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the distribution network for HVAC products in the assigned region
    • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, dealers, and distributors
    • Manage and train the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities
    • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and sales team
    • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support
    • Conduct regular performance reviews of the sales team and provide coaching and feedback
    • Stay updated with the latest developments in the HVAC industry and recommend product enhancements or new product launches
