We are seeking talented individual to join our team as a Field Engineer, responsible for installation, commissioning, training and troubleshooting of our water, wastewater and waste gas treatment solutions. Responsibilities

• Installing, configuring and setting up our water, wastewater and waste gas treatment systems at client site according to the project specifications.
• Performing routine health checks, troubleshooting and repairs of the components to ensure optimum performance and minimize downtime.
• Providing technical support to the client engineers including training, technical issues, answering questions and providing guidance on the system usage.
• Conducting on-site visit and inspection to assess equipment performance, identify potential issues and recommended solutions.
• Maintaining accurate records of installation, commissioning, training and handing-over including equipment specifications, service logs and client communications.
• Conducting field training sessions for the client engineers on the do's and don'ts of the system.
• Collaborating with internal team including immediate hierarchy and project engineers to make sure the smooth site activities.
• Building and maintaining a strong relationship with client engineers and understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the site labors and field manpower to make sure the proper installation and commissioning activities.
• Adhering to Health & Safety regulations (HSE) as per the company policy and follow best practices while working at site and ensuring the safety of oneself and others.
