- Analyse current sales processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the inside sales process for maximum effectiveness.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales processes with other departments.
- Establish quality standards for inside sales operations and ensure adherence to these standards.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to monitor the quality of sales activities, including calls, emails, and customer interactions.
- Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of inside sales operations.
- Monitor sales metrics and performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage sales technology solutions and tools to optimize sales operations.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on the use of sales tools and CRM systems.
- Individual with outstanding English communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration.
- Experience with sales tech stack management, particularly Salesforce.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating teams.
